Guarantee: Pamran guarantees all "M" series elements for a period of two years against base breakage. This does not include wire breakage as metal is subject to metal fatigue and normal wear. The predominant failure of most elements is the base breakage which allows the wire to short out. We protect against this type of failure. If for any reason our element base breaks return to factory for a free replacement.
